Please make sure that all items are clean, safe, and in good condition before shipping them.

How to Ship Items

Step 1: Prepare Your Donation

• Pack items securely in sturdy boxes to ensure they reach us safely.
• Make sure all donated items are clean, unused (if possible), and in good condition.
• If you’re shipping books, pack them in smaller boxes to avoid overloading and damage.

Step 2: Get Shipping Information

• Contact us for the best address to ship your items to. (You can provide a contact form or email for donations).
• You can also include a brief note with your donation explaining your support and why you chose to contribute.

Step 3: Ship Your Donation

• Use a reliable shipping service to send your items. You can choose from standard carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
• For larger donations, we can also arrange a pickup in certain areas—please reach out to discuss options.

Step 4: Confirm and Track

• After shipping, kindly notify us so we can track your package and send our heartfelt thanks!
• We will confirm receipt and send you a thank-you note with updates on how your donation is helping kids.
